Being able to enjoy your backyard with your friends & family is an important part of life. Weather you want to add a simple square or a multi level with built in seating we can design a deck that you and your family will enjoy for years to come.

We take your design and begin with the layout of the structure. Once a footprint is established we can dig & pour the concrete footings. Our decks are connected to the ground using steel anchors imbedded in the concrete & thru bolts engineered for your specific application.

Once the footings are complete we can begin the frame construction. We use lumber engineered for the load requirements of your deck structure. Our lumber is then treated two times with a chemical preservative to keep wood boring insects from eating the wood. Framing connections are made with steel connectors & secured with triple coated fasteners to prevent corrosion. Stainless steel connectors & fasteners are available. All the necessary blocking is secured in place to prevent deflection under load. Stairs are constructed on site for your specific application. Stairs are also secured to the ground with connectors imbedded into the concrete. The stair stringers are treated two times with wood preservative to prevent wood boring insects from eating the wood.

After the frame is complete the deck surface installation can begin. One major factor to consider in choosing a deck surface is maintenance. Wood is a beautiful choice. The problem with wood is the constant maintenance to keep it looking like new. With today’s composite decking surfaces you can eliminate time consuming maintenance issues & have more time to enjoy your deck with your family.

Weather you choose an exotic wood such as IPE, Mahogany, Teak, or Rosewood or a composite such as Trex, Boardwalks, or one of the many others available we can install them with a hidden fastening system to eliminate the unsightly nails & screws. Giving you a clean looking deck surface.

The final step is the railing. There are hundreds of possibilities available. Composite, wood, stainless steel cables, glass, etched glass, iron, aluminum, vinyl are just a few or the many styles we have available. Railing is installed & secured according to the code requirements in your area. Typically the railing height is 42” from the finished floor surface. Balusters are required to be a maximum of 3 ½” apart. Railing posts are secured using thru bolts engineered for your application. All bolts are a minimum of galvanized. Stainless steel is available.

We have accent lighting available as well as built-in seating & planter boxes. Your imagination is the only limit to the possibilities.
