Sometimes you just can’t decide exactly what you want to do. Our design service was created to help you get the necessary information & specifications to complete your project with success. We will help you design your project to fit your space & budget.

We start the process by finding out what you want to build, where you want to build it, & what the primary functions of the space will be. Once the location, size & shape have been selected we can begin the drawing & rendering process. This is often the most challenging stage in the process & may require several revisions. We will do whatever it takes to insure that the design is what you want it to be.

After the design is complete we can build it for you or you can hire another contractor. Once the drawings are paid for they are yours to keep (copyright laws apply).

Our design service is a separate cost from the actual project price. All plans & drawings are property of C.E. Sperry, Inc. until purchased by the homeowner. Projects may only be build by the homeowner and may not be duplicated, sold or otherwise distributed without the express written consent of C.E. Sperry, Inc.
